Focus on the show. Not the workload.

Obsidian helps organizations and creators create, produce, publish, and manage podcasts. Whether you are launching something new or already publishing every week, we handle the production, publishing, and operational details that keep every episode moving.

There's more to releasing an episode than finishing the edit.

Recording, editing, video, publishing, titles, show notes, artwork, scheduling, approvals, analytics. A podcast quietly starts consuming time from people whose actual job is something else.

You recorded it. Now it has to actually get published.

Release is part of production.

Edits, approvals, thumbnails, metadata, and scheduling are steps in the workflow, not loose ends after it.

Skilled people are exporting files and chasing edits.

Give that time back.

Your team creates the show. We handle everything between the recording and the release.

Too many moving parts, and nobody owns the whole process.

One accountable partner.

A repeatable operation with a single owner, so the show does not depend on someone volunteering to project manage it.

A podcast is not just an MP3 anymore.

The tech should support the show.

Video, YouTube, remote recording, hosting, feeds, and clips run as one connected system instead of nine.

You are publishing, but you cannot say what is working.

Publishing is only half the job.

Downloads, video, web, and clips reported together, so you know what to make more of.

What we handle

The whole lifecycle, or any part of it.

Take one stage, take all five. Whatever we agree to own, we own end to end.

Create

New show development, format and structure, production workflow design, recording setup, hosting and distribution, launch support.

Produce

Audio and video editing, multicam switching, multitrack syncing, mastering to platform loudness, intros, outros, ads, transitions, and bumpers.

Publish

Podcast, YouTube, and website publishing, episode titles, show notes, chapters, transcripts, thumbnails, artwork, clips, and search optimization.

Operate

Episode workflows, production coordination, approvals, file and asset management, automation, and the recurring process behind every release.

Grow

Analytics, performance analysis, audience and content strategy, and ongoing strategic support on what to make more of.

Starting something new?

We develop the format, design the production workflow, set up recording and distribution, and support the launch, so episode one does not depend on figuring it out as you go.

  • ·Format, structure, and episode planning
  • ·Recording setup, remote or in studio
  • ·Hosting, feeds, and publishing infrastructure
  • ·Launch, then ongoing production

Already publishing?

We step into a running show and take on production, publishing, supporting content, and operations, matching the way your team already works before we improve anything.

  • ·Audit of what exists today
  • ·Hosting and feed migration when needed
  • ·We match your current sound and packaging
  • ·Mid-season handoffs are routine

Let's Talk About Your Show

Common questions.

Do we need to have a podcast already?

No. About as often as we take over a running show, we build one from an idea: format, workflow, recording setup, distribution, and launch.

Can you take over an existing show mid-season?

Yes. We audit what exists, migrate hosting and feeds if needed, match your current sound and packaging, then improve from there.

Can we hand you only part of the process?

Yes, and it is common. Plenty of clients hand off part of the work and keep the rest with their own team. Custom plans are built from the pieces you actually want to hand off.

What do you need from us each week?

The recording and any notes about it. We handle the rest and come back to you only for approvals, on whatever review process fits your team.

Do you handle publishing as well as production?

Yes, and it is usually the part that saves the most time. Titles, show notes, chapters, transcripts, thumbnails, and scheduling across audio, YouTube, and your website.

How quickly can you turn around an episode?

72 hours from the time we have your files, on both monthly plans. Rush turnaround is available when a release date moves.

Are we locked into a contract?

Monthly plans are month to month. Project and limited-series work is scoped and quoted up front so you know the full cost before we start.

Let's make your podcast easier to run.

Whether you are launching something new or trying to take the workload out of an existing show, a short conversation is enough for us to tell you what we would take on and how it would run.
